Solutions Consultant | Full Time - Brighton VIC OfficeDo you have experience with software project management? Have you got a keen eye for detail and a knack for technical problem solving? We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Solutions Consultant to join our team. We value individuals who have a strong work ethic, can take initiative and are able to collaborate. Key responsibilities Supporting the project team with the implementation and delivery of projects Regularly liaise with clients either in-person or via email/phone Managing client requests, enquiries and project expectations Understanding clients' business requirements and translating these into roadmaps/cloud-based solutions Understanding complex data integrations between inventory, point of sale and accounting software, and third-party applications A tertiary qualification within the fields of Information Technology, Business or Commerce is desired. About you You live in Melbourne, Australia and can work full-time at our Brighton office (40 hours per week). You’ll have a tertiary qualification within the fields of Information Technology, Web Development, Business or Commerce. You’re a people person. This role is for someone who can confidently and positively engage with clients and software partners both face-to-face and via phone/email. You’re willing to engage with technical problem solving. We’re not expecting you to write complex code or fix bugs in software. We’re more focused on troubleshooting integrations between different cloud systems, and translating our clients’ specific business requirements into step by step system processes. We’re looking for someone passionate about technology, who can actively engage with clients and help them deliver beautifully designed Cloud/SaaS solutions to optimize and streamline their businesses. Cloud Training Specialist | Full Time - Brighton VIC OfficeAre you great with clients and presentations? Do you have a passion for software and technology? We are currently looking for a superstar instructor to assist with leading client training across our cloud software packages including DEAR Systems, Vend Point-Of-Sale and many others. Key responsibilities Facilitate training sessions tailored to clients' business requirements, both in-person and remotely Preparing and recording step-by-step training videos for basic and advanced software/system processes Developing test scenarios and demo environments tailored to different small to medium business industries Updating the Coconut Consulting knowledge base and authoring how-to articles Keeping up to date with new developments and features in the cloud software space About you You live in Melbourne, Australia and can work full-time at our Brighton office (40 hours per week). You have a valid drivers' licence and are willing to travel out to client locations across Melbourne for half day/full day training sessions on-site. You’ll have a tertiary qualification within the fields of Information Technology, Web Development, Business or Commerce. You’re a people person. This role is for someone who can confidently and positively engage with clients and software partners face-to-face, via video link and via phone/email. You have excellent personal presentation, and excellent written and communication skills. A tertiary qualification within the fields of Information Technology, Business or Commerce is desired. Highly regarded: Experience working at/with technology companies, within the areas of software testing or deployment. Proven experience facilitating training in the areas of software and technology. Understanding of and/or familiarity with Xero and add-on solutions that include inventory, POS or eCommerce. You're able to set up and configure hardware, network connections and other devices (if required).
